The Department of Economics of our college has been established in 2001. In our college the subject of Economics has been started as a compulsory subject for the faculty of Arts from F.Y.B.A. We have started offering Economics as special subject S.Y.B.A, since 2001 course offer by department of Economics is B.A in Economics. There are faculty member in department of Economics Ph.D holder and well teaching experienced. We have a rich collection of Reference books, E-books, Text books, Journals and Periodicals available in the college library. Head of Department is coordinator of various activities and courses. Department has conducted and attend there are extra activities for true benefits of students such as seminars, workshop, conference, group discussion, demonstration, guest lectures, study tours, projects work etc.

    Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

    Welcome to the department of economics

    The Department of Economics of our college has been established in 2001 We have started offering Economics as special subject S.Y.B.A, since 2002 course offer by department of Economics is B.A in Economics.There are faculty member in department of Economics Ph.D holder and well teaching experienced. We have a rich collection of Reference books, E-books, Text books, and Journals available in the college library. Head of Department is coordinator of various activities and courses. Department has conducted and attend there are extra activities for true benefits of students such as seminars, workshop, conference, group discussion, guest lectures, study tours, projects work etc.The Department has the capacity to explore new programs.

    The Department arranged the Expert lectures to enhance the overall knowledge to the students.It makes extracurricular activities among the students organizing Seminars, Workshops and Group discussions for U.G. students to improve their subject knowledge and personality development.We create awareness about the social equality and other Important skills. Such as understanding and interpretation of Economical Concepts, Research Report writing skills, reading skills,, project writing, use of ICT in the teaching learning process and Visit to Financial Institutions and give practical as well as Internship experience to the students. The faculty of Department is actively involved in curriculum designing, research activities and participates in University / State / National / International levels Seminars, Workshops and Conferences.

    Facultiy conducted state Level Seminars and published UGC Career and Peer reviewed journals.It makes extracurricular activities among the students organizing Seminars, Workshops and Group discussions for U.G. students to improve their subject knowledge and personality development.We create awareness about the social equality and other Important skills.
